Wednesday, April 22, 2009; the student World Assembly club organized the second annual Earth day event at NCC. I am a part of this club. All of our club members had worked so hard to make that event. I felt happy that it went well. I reached NCC around 10 o' clock in the morning. I am Bepin organized the table with the help of Prof. E
migh. Around 11 o'clock, all the members of our club were there. The event started 11 a.m. as the flyers said. We all enjoyed asking quiz question to everyone. We handed a free Earth bags to everyone if they participate in the quiz. We all had planned if someone give two answers correct, we include those contestant into rafal. Prof. Emigh had bought some rafal gifts. The facination part was when the president signed the commitment of ACUPCC. The the important part of the event started which was the documentary by Leonardo DeCaprio, "The 11th Hour." I was amazed by the numbers those people in the documentary talked that we are living in a very difficult situation from where it's upto our activities to make enviroment more sustainable or not.
